Dr. Chiodo has served as the Medical Director and Manager of Medical and Public Health Services for the Detroit. Â Dr. Chiodo was the chief physician in charge of all medical and public health services provided by the City of Detroit to over one million people living and working in Detroit during the time of his service. This was a position of significant public responsibility where at the time he had the direct telephone number to the United States White House in the event that he needed to contact the President concerning a public health emergency in the City of Detroit.Â

Dr Chiodo is licensed to practice medicine in Michigan, Illinois, New York, and Florida. He is licensed to practice medicine in Michigan and Illinois. He has served as an attorney pro hac vice in litigation in California, South Carolina, and Florida.
Dr. Chiodo has served as the Chairman of the Environmental Litigation and Administrative Practice Committee of the State Bar of Michigan.
Dr. Chiodo has served as the Co-Chairperson Health Care and Biopharma Roundtable of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
