Dr. Brennan completed Vanderbilt Neurosurgery training in 1995 and has been in private practice since with complex spine surgery and head injury being the majority of his practice.

Dr. Brennan has performed over 3000 surgeries and was made a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
