Mr. Guerra is a forensic civil and structural engineer with over 20 years of experience. As the Director of Construction Defect and Litigation, he provides support to claims professionals and legal counsel in matters related to construction losses. His primary area of expertise includes performing forensic evaluations for matters in litigation as well as overseeing and providing technical assistance and training to other engineers and forensic experts of various disciplines evaluating construction defect related claims. Mr. Guerra has worked on numerous construction defect assignments performing forensic civil, structural, and building envelope investigations to determine the cause of damage to properties, to evaluate design and/or construction deficiencies and prepare written expert opinion reports for use in litigation.
