Paris (Perry) Tabor is a licensed Civil-CA/Structural Engineer-UT with over 40 years of structural engineering consulting (analysis/design) and forensic engineering experience: extensive experience with all low-rise building types [custom estates, multifamily (market-rate/rental), mixed-use, commercial (retail, MOB, office), industrial (logistics facilities, manufacturing) and DG/Utility-level solar] ranged from Japan to the Atlantic coastline with an extensive Northern & Southern California portfolio. Professional experience additionally includes seismic evaluation-rehabilitation of existing structures, field investigations and conditional assessments (PML: SEL/SUL studies), structural building failure analysis/mitigation designs and peer/constructability review as well as forensic expert services. Construction project management experience (PMP certified) developed over 35 years as TEAC, prior PMISF Board of Directors/CGO service proceeded by prior residential general contractor experience.
