Founder and President of Levison Search Associates with 39 years of physician, executive, and advanced practitioner recruitment services; compensation, benefit, and recruitment incentive consulting; and provider recruitment strategic planning to meet community needs.  

Clients:
Nationwide clients include hospitals and hospital systems, medical groups, academic institutions, hospice and palliative medicine organizations, health plans, independent physician associations (IPAs), community and rural health facilities, and other healthcare entities.  Provide contracted client development services to search firms.  Serve as recruitment and compensation advisor to clients of national healthcare consulting firm.

Published writer and invited speaker on healthcare recruitment, physician compensation, benefits, recruitment incentives, and interviewing.

Expert Witness:
Provide expert witness services (1994-pesent) for cases requiring report, retroactive job search, deposition, and testimony.  Work closely with economists to ensure industry appropriate compensation and productivity data are utilized.
