Description
Ms. Terrill developed her extensive banking expertise at a large regional bank where she rose to head the Special Credits Department managing 130 workout bank employees handling a $3 billion loan portfolio. After a 25 year banking career, she became an expert witness and turnaround business consultant supporting large and mid-sized businesses facing financial challenges.  Her expert witness practice is in the following areas:  Commercial Lending Standards, Lender Liability, Deepening Insolvency, Fraud, Forbearance, Payment Demand and Foreclosure, Article 9 Asset Sale, Insolvency â€“ Bankruptcy, Receivership, Asset Based Lending, Director/Officer Responsibilities, Bank Regulatory Oversight, Loan Sales, Multi-Bank issues, SWAPS, Troubled Debt Restructure (TDR), Bank Management, Ethics and Privacy.  Nancy also has significant  Mergers and Acquisition Due Diligence expertise.  Inglewood also offers Valuation, and Economic Damage Calculations, and expertise in real estate matters.
Ms. Terrill has an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University and an undergraduate International Business degree from Lake Erie College.  She recieved a Lifetime Achievement award after serving as the President of the Ohio Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and  on various local charity and educational boards.  She is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).  She has presented at IWIRC,  ABI and CMBA (Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association) and TMA Ohio educational panels, and has been quoted in TMA newsletters and Crainâ€™s Cleveland Business and other publications.
