Description
David has more than 30 years experience in Police Training in Massachusetts and has recently retired from the Brookline Police Department. As President of the Massachusetts Police Training Officers Association, David was appointed to serve on the Executive Board of the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council by Governor Weld and later appointed to the Committee for Law Enforcement Training and Education by Governor Romney. As Director of Training for MPI, David oversees the development and implementation of all training programs and other interests produced by MPI. David is a certified expert in the Use of Force and is a recognized consultant in that discipline.
