Specializing as a consulting Expert Witness to real estate attorneys and their clients specifically in the areas of General Residential Real Estate, Disclosure, Standard of Care, Standard of Practice and Fiduciary Duty. I have been directly involved in residential real estate for over 30 years. I have given depositions numerous times over the years as the Person Most Knowledgeable (PMK) in my capacity as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Broker of Record for one of the largest real estate brokerages in the nation. In addition, I have served a number of years on Professional Standards and Risk Management for both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the California Association of Realtors (CAR).
