Ms. Brascugli is an expert in the HR aspects of employment regulation compliance, litigation, and vocational rehabilitation, and has been assisting corporate, not-for-profit, school districts, and governmental clients with HR policy development and implementation, management training, EDD & Labor Board appearances since 1992 on a national, statewide, and local level. Ms. Brascugli is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with a California specific certification (SPHR - CA) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and was appointed to sit on the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel, 2006-2010.
