Ms. Brascugli is an expert in the HR aspects of employment regulation compliance, litigation, and vocational rehabilitation, and has been assisting corporate, not-for-profit, school districts, and governmental clients with HR policy development and implementation, management training, EDD & Labor Board appearances since 1992 on a national, statewide, and local level. HRM Consulting, Inc. consults with plaintiff and defense attorneys in regard to human resource management, the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), discrimination and related topics. Ms. Brascugli is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with a California specific certification (SPHR - CA) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and was appointed to sit on the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel, 2006-2010.
