Ms. Meinhard is a Nurse Attorney/Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified Life Care Planner, Board Certified Nurse Case Manager and Certified Medicare Set Aside Consultant . She brings 35+ years as a seasoned, critical care Registered Nurse, combined with 20+ years as a licensed California Attorney, to help you achieve the results you need. Life Care Planning services include: Plaintiff/Defense Life Care Plans, Rebuttal Life Care Plans, Joint Life Care Plans, Workers’ Compensation and Liability Medicare Set-Aside Allocations, Medical Record Review for Case Merit, Bill Review for “Reasonableness”, and more. She is very comfortable in a courtroom or at deposition; possesses excellent oral and written communication skills; and, is experienced in providing expert deposition and trial testimony when needed. As a Nurse Attorney and Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, Ms. Meinhard provides the medical/legal "bridge" to cover gaps in medical knowledge when tackling a case. Services are available from start to finish, and include: Organizing, analyzing and summarizing medical records; identifying appropriate standards of care; determining case merit; summarizing costs; analyzing costs for “reasonableness”; identifying/locating appropriate experts; preparing persuasive, credible reports; formulating deposition/trial questions; and, providing expert testimony, if needed.
