I am a Medical Cannabis Expert Physician (Cannabinoid Medicine Specialist Doctor). I've treated thousands of patients with marijuana derived and hemp derived CBD products since 2012.

I've published a book in partnership with Penguin Random House titled - The CBD Oil Solution: Treat Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Insomnia, and more without the High - which has sold more than 30,000 copies. The book dives into the nuances of how to select high quality CBD products. It walks readers through how to read Certificates of Analysis for hemp derived CBD products and the specifics of what to watch out for when it comes to CBD and THC potency, pesticides, microbial contaminants, heavy metals, and residual solvents. 

I've given lectures throughout the United States to colleagues at conferences as well as medical residents and medical students about prescription and non-prescription cannabinoids, like CBD and THC, as well as the differences between marijuana and hemp, and so much more.

I have also served as an expert witness on cannabis-related cases throughout the United States. And spend time educating attorneys through bar associations on the specifics of cannabis drug testing as related to DUIs, employment termination, etc. 

I've taken the stage internationally to educate both medical and non-medical on the physiology and pharmacology of cannabinoids, as well as the common indications &amp; contraindications of cannabinoids, how to avoid and manage the side effects of cannabinoids and which drug interactions to watch out for.
