With dual Board Certification in Psychiatry and Brain Injury Medicine from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr Panzer is amongst a select group of experienced forensic experts. He is further distinguished by completing residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fulfilling the intensive psychological training requirements for Active Membership in the American Psychoanalytic Association. 

For the past 13 years, Dr. Panzer has performed psychiatric consultation and treatment at a highly regarded regional brain injury medicine program. He has extensive treatment and evaluation experience with TBI and concussion patients and recently co-founded a concussion research collaboration with a local university functional imaging center (PET/SPEC/DTI MRI). His testimony experience includes TBI, concussion, mild TBI, infection, hypoxia, brain bleeds, PTSD, spinal cord injury, malingering, cognitive capacity, testamentary capacity and undue influence.  He is Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Drexel University School of Medicine, has taught residents and medical students in several training programs throughout his career and is regularly invited Faculty and Panelist at Pennsylvania Bar Institute Continuing Legal Education Conferences.   He has been qualified in Federal, State and Administrative Courts and regularly provides opinions for both plaintiff and defense.
