I have spent over 13 years performing KePRO Medicare/Tricare/Medicaid standard of care reviews and have also been involved with BWC/Sheakley standard of care and care utilization evaluations for a number of years. I have also performed case and care reviews, in addition to performing depositions as necessary, for accident, medical malpractice, and BWC cases throughout my orthopaedic career. IME's have also been an ongoing part of my practice.
These reviews and involvements have transitioned into the development of my consulting business; James Kemmler, MD Consulting, LLC.

I have been practicing orthopaedic surgery now for approximately 25 years. My practice is global, encompassing all ages from infants to the elderly. I cover all aspects of trauma; all total joints, including shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, wrist, elbow, including revisions as well as reverse total shoulder arthroplasty; hand and wrist reconstruction; all arthroscopic sports reconstruction, elbow, shoulder, knee, wrist; nerve releases and repair; tendon repair; foot and ankle; conservative back and neck care; BWC processes.
