I am a clinically active full-time Pediatric Hospitalist employed by Akron Children's Hospital. In my practice, I have worked at multiple regional hospitals, both academic and community-based, in the Northeast Ohio region, including Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Boardman, Warren, and Dover. 

I primarily see patients in inpatient pediatric units with experience diagnosing and treating sick and injured pediatric patients with a high level of care. I have also cared for a significant number of neonates in Level I Well Newborn nurseries and Level II Special Care nurseries. I do circumcisions regularly as well as newborn resuscitations for all neonates that are delivered under my care.

I am board certified in Pediatrics. I was born, raised, and have remained in Ohio - I graduated Cum Laude from The University of Akron with my B.S. in just 2 years, followed by my M.D. from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) and my residency in Pediatrics at Akron Children's Hospital.

I often teach medical students and residents of Pediatrics and Family Medicine, which helps me stay up to date on current practice literature. This also has honed my skills at teaching and practicing evidence based medicine. My academic institution ensures that I am knowledgeable on the current standards of care.
