DENTIST-General Dentistry, I am one of only three appointed Dental Inspectors for the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners, Owner/Operator of dynamic dental practices, personally working in the area of restorative general dentistry and associated with orthodontic, endodontic, oral surgery, implants, periodontal specialists, forensics, and digital dental labs. Thirty-eight years of experience in dentistry including: Dental Reconstruction; Dental Employment; Dental Crown &amp; Bridges; Dental Implants; Dental Root Canals; Oral Surgery/Extractions; Orthodontics; Dental bone and gum infections; Dental Veneers; Dental Standard of Care; Dental Trauma; Dental Reconstruction; Dental Diagnosis; Dental Office Construction, Management, and Equipment; Dental IMEs, Dental Identification; Dental Examination and Dental Digital Imaging and Case Design.
  Educated at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formally UMDNJ) followed by General Practice Residency, Flushing Hospital, Flushing Queens, New York.
I am an excellent communicator, providing quick and concise analysis of dental cases and dental records. I provide a no-nonsense approach.
In addition to my clinical skills, I have built, ground-up, and founded four Dental practices in New Jersey and Arizona and have enjoyed a career-long membership with the American Dental Association and with the AZ and NJ State Association chapters, the AZDA Council on Ethics and Mediation.    I have been certified by the FBI National Crime Information Center (NCIC) in Unidentified &amp; Missing Dental Coding, NJ Disaster Victim Identification Team, University of Arizona School of Medicine, Admissions MMI and presented as a lecturer for Dentrix Dental Systems and Arizona State University. I have been consulted on a wide variety of dental cases including that standard of care, and impact of same. Available for IME's, consults, file reviews, transition on-site reviews and reports, and report writing for any/all audiences, jurisdictions and/or venues
