Dr. Krishan Gupta is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 30 years' experience. Some of his areas of expertise
include: Suicide, Violence, PTSD, Prison, Capacity to Stand Trial, Jail, Negligence, Malpractice, Trauma,
Relationship Distress, Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Addiction, Corrections, Insanity, Competency, Personal Injury,

Dr. Gupta finished his residency from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1992. He started his private
practice and started treating patients full-time. He has had admitting privileges in a local hospital and has also
worked as a medical director in different settings. Dr. Gupta has 30 years of experience in treating a broader
spectrum of psychiatric illness with pharmacological and psychotherapeutic management. He has served as an
expert witness, including deposition, appearing in trial at the state and federal level multiple times over a span of
30 years. Dr. Gupta has served cases for both Defense and Plaintiff.
