Dr. Chaudhari is a highly experienced emergency medicine physician with over 18 years in active clinical practice and over 8 years of experience as Department Chair. He finished his Emergency Medicine training at the University of Maryland and is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP).

He has extensive leadership and teaching experience and currently serves as the President of the Medical Staff.

He is a certified Epic Physician Builder and is the Medical Director of Informatics. He serves as the Chair of the Peer Review committee, Sepsis committee, and University of Maryland System Emergency Medicine Risk Forum. He is privileged to also sit on the University of Maryland Medical System Claims Review committee and has extensive ED management experience.

Dr. Chaudhari is familiar with the standard of care for Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) working in the emergency department. He can opine in areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, standard of care, negligence, and causation.

He has reviewed many cases and has experience in testifying in depositions as well as trial. He prides himself in his responsiveness and timely completion of reviews and reports. Dr. Chaudhari is able to distill complex medical issues into an easy-to-understand explanation for non-medical individuals.
