Description
Mr. Kennedy's practice is focused on condition assessments, damage assessments, repair design, forensic investigations and expert witness consulting related to concrete parking structures, building facades, and other exterior-exposed facilities. Other related areas of expertise include structural strengthening design utilizing CFRP & GFRP, waterproofing design and leak investigations and corrosion control methods such as corrosion inhibitive treatments and cathodic protection. Mr. Kennedy has over 20 years of structural engineering consulting experience and over 15 years of construction management experience, with the majority of that focused on repair and renovation of structures.
