Adeyemi Fatoki has spent his career striving to improve healthcare among diverse populations.  As a physician and medical director, he brings exceptional expertise in quality assurance, utilization management, organizational leadership, clinical programming and integrated behavioral healthcare systems.

Dr. Fatoki has accomplished much in the private sector, institutional healthcare and government (correctional) settings since 1990 with a significant record of achievement in the treatment of addiction disorders, particularly for those suffering from the opioid epidemic.  He has developed and implemented (and assisted others with) new policies, procedures and resources to improve quality of care, regulatory compliance, clinical team competency and patient outcomes.  Presently, Dr. Fatoki facilitates medication-assisted recovery services to inmates at LaSalle County Jail while overseeing all clinical and business operations of his long-term medical practice, Great Heights OTP.

His expertise is broad and deep, featuring the highest standard of clinical care to patients of all ages and populations.  Dr. Fatoki has participated in numerous boards, committees and other groups specializing in quality assurance and utilization management, and he has advised executives, attorneys and physicians in various initiatives to address quality of care, compliance and legal issues.  His contributions have led to improved security during inmates' offsite medical trips, more effective HEDIS (health plan performance measures) compliance and fewer errors in healthcare services and billing.  In addition, Dr. Fatoki has attended a variety of court cases to provide expert testimony and assisted both attorneys and physicians in defending lawsuits.

Dr. Fatoki's expertise in addiction care, bariatric care and primary care, along with quality and regulatory matters, is heightened by his ability to interact with organizational leaders, government officials and individual patients.
