Mr. Charles Brown provides expert witness services based on his 20+ years of Community Bank CEO experience and 30 years in the banking industry. During this time as CEO, he created two new banks and bought and sold banks. He has had the privilege of an FDIC Chairman appointment to its Advisory Committee on community banking. Additionally, he has provided congressional testimony on Small Business and given rule making input to the CFPB in Washington D.C. Charlie served in various director and committee member roles at both the state and federal level for the leading banking associations respectively. He graduated from Stonier Graduate Banking School by American Bankers Association at University of Delaware, after obtaining his BSBA from The Ohio State University.
