Ms. Fisher is the owner and Director of Vocational Services at Vocational Concepts LLC. She has a staff of three master-level evaluators who work with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Ms. Fisher has been practicing 18 + years and holds outstanding credentials. She is a board-certified Diplomate through the American Board of Vocational Experts, she is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Professional Vocational Evaluator, and holds International Psychometric Evaluation Certification. Ms. Fisher is qualified as a Social Security Vocational Expert since 2013 and testifies in this capacity on a monthly basis. Ms. Fisher has worked with individuals having catastrophic injury, MVA, TBI,  Combat Veterans, amputations, Learning Disabilities, and those with psychiatric or psychological diagnoses. She determines a person's capacity to work and to return to work.  Ms. Fisher testifies in a variety of settings including Personal Injury, Family Law, Long Term Disability, Workers Compensation, and Product Liability cases. Her testimony is primarily based on Earning Capacity, Rehabilitation plans, return to work, and disability.  Reports are comprehensive with Labor Market Analysis, Psychometric testing, Earning Capacity, medical and psychological summary, Transferable Skills Analysis and Rehabilitation plans to re-enter the workforce if needed. Ms. Fisher has direct knowledge in post-offer employment screenings and Functional Capacity Evaluations using Ergos system as she is certified with this system and has conducted hundreds of FCE's and post-offer employment screenings.  Her non-judicial work is completed through the Divison of Vocational Rehabilitation where she works as a Vocational Evaluator and Worksite Evaluator to determine physical capacities and work behaviors.
