Currently, general faculty member and cardiac anesthesia division member at a busy Level I trauma/referral center, caring for the entire cohort of high-acuity adult perioperative / surgical procedures, including: trauma surgery, neurosurgery, urology, ENT, cardiovascular (cardiopulm-bypass cases), thoracic, general surgery, gynecologic surgery, orthopedics, cardiac catheterization / structural heart procedures, interventional radiology, and GI. Former division chief of cardiac anesthesia (2009-21). Actively involved in anesthesia research, editorial board work, and medical / anesthesiology education/ teaching.
