Dr. Lowe serves as Chief of the Division of Spinal Surgery at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Lowe provides expert witness testimony in matters of Neurosurgery malpractice for both plaintiff and defense.
