Dr. Rawlett is an established and highly regarded nursing expert in primary care, occupational health, substance use, health assessment, standards of care and health promotion. She has been a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2000 and is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as well as a leader in Nursing Faculty Governance. Experience witness experience includes approximately 20 cases with deposition and trial testimony focused on Nursing. Dr. Rawlett has been a Registered Nurse for 26 years and for 22 years she has taught nursing students at the doctoral, master's and baccalaureate levels and helped develop current nursing curriculum. She has a full time appointment as an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, a Nationally Ranked School of Nursing. Dr. Rawlett multiple peer-reviewed publications along with Research & Educational funding from NIH, AHRQ & Maryland Higher Education Commission.
