Dr. Beatty provides expert witness testimony including neurosurgery malpractice for plaintiff and defense, emphasizing deviation from the standard of care, missed diagnosis and the avoidance and treatment of surgical complications. He performs IMEs in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. He is a founding member of the Illinois State Advisory Council on spinal cord and head injury.
