Fellowship trained in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Mayo Clinic, Board certified in 1986 with re-certification in 1996, 2006 and 2016 and now on the MOC pathway for recertification in 2026. Dr. Spiegl has performed a wide spectrum of surgical procedures and continues a full time clinical and surgical practice. Dr. Spiegl provides non-operative treatment, independent medical examinations, as well surgical treatment. Since beginning practice in 1983 as the first fellowship trained orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon in Georgia, he has gained extensive experience treating a wide spectrum of conditions from straightforward to the most complex.
