I am a Senior Consultant with GCI Consultants, LLC, a building envelope consulting and engineering firm based in South Florida. I am a licensed Professional Engineer with over nine years of consulting and engineering experience. I am licensed in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. I have worked on hundreds of projects across the country including both new construction consulting and forensic analysis of existing buildings. I lead forensic investigations, develops repair plans and specifications, provides construction management services, performs quality assurance inspections, and provide expert witness testimony. I am a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) with the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). I specialize in building envelope systems and have expertise in roofing/waterproofing systems, exterior wall systems, and glazing systems.
