Scott's design portfolio includes significant phases of project development, from conceptual design and plan preparation through construction and final inspection. His expertise includes building envelope systems, cast-in-place concrete, steel, masonry, and timber design for commercial and residential structures, telecommunication and educational facilities, marinas, industrial plants, warehouses, storage and containment, and land development.
