Accredited ACTAR reconstructionist with over 33 years of experience investigating traffic crashes.  Jim has developed a vast knowledge of traffic crash investigation and reconstruction.  While with the Highway Patrol he developed a computer program to track traffic crashes, obtaining information such as location, time of day, cause of the crash, and other pertinent information.  Utilizing this information the Patrol was able to target areas for enhanced patrols and realign manpower to better deal with high volume areas.  After retirement, he continued his education which includes new technology such as EDR (Blackbox) Downloads, Drone Photography and 3D Animation.
