Dr. Noel has served as an infectious disease expert witness, assisting attorneys in various infectious disease related legal cases. She has also performed many independent medical examinations for clients seeking disability insurance due to various acute and/or chronic medical conditions.

Dr. Noel joined Infectious Disease Associates of Tampa Bay (IDATB) in 2013. She is the Medical Director of the Procedure Clinic at IDATB and is the clinical leader in the Telemedicine Project for this group practice.

Dr Noel created Amaris Medical Experts, LLC, a multi-specialty network of physician expert witnesses who assist defense legal teams.
