Dr. Davidoff is an experienced Urgent Care Physician licensed in FL and NY. Prior to Urgent Care, she practiced Emergency Medicine in a high volume, inner city, teaching hospital. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She previously worked as a contractor for the New York State Department of Health, Office of Professional Medical Conduct, where she reviewed complaints against physicians and physician's assistants to determine if care was appropriate or if misconduct was present. Cases reviewed included urgent care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, and family medicine. She has reviewed multiple malpractice cases for both defendant and plaintiff, and has been deposed many times. She has testified in court several times. Dr. Davidoff has educated and supervised numerous nurse practitioner students, physician assistant students, and graduates. She is a previous member of the Board of Directors of the College of Urgent Care Medicine, and acted as Vice President for 5 years. During this time she developed a Fellowship program, participated in educational planning, and participated in an antibiotic stewardship program and COVID-19 task force. She is the current editor of the College's Urgent Caring Newsletter, and a member of the Clinical Response Committee. She has lectured extensively on many basic and advanced urgent care topics at national urgent care conventions, and has published numerous review articles and case reports in the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine. She is also a peer reviewer and editor for the same journal.
