VSI biomechanical experts have specialties in head injury biomechanics (e.g. concussion/mTBI risk, TBI mechanics, helmet protection, etc.), spine biomechanics (e.g. fracture/dislocation mechanics, disc pathology, etc.), thoracic trauma biomechanics, and shoulder, hip, and knee injury biomechanics. Our experience covers high-speed motor vehicle accidents including rollover, frontal, lateral, and rear-end collisions; low-speed motor vehicle accidents including rear-end, lateral, and sideswipe collisions; and various sport/recreation accidents.
