Fisher Forensic Document Laboratory, Inc., (Laboratory) provides a state-of-the-art document laboratory to assist courts and clients determine the genuineness of documents. Clients who utilize the Laboratory's services include attorneys, insurance companies, government agencies, corporate security, licensed private investigators, and human resource personnel.
Services include most document examinations involving nondestructive testing, as well as preparation of reports, exhibits, testimony and specialized research for unique or complex document issues. Areas of specialty include financial elder abuse, fabricated documents and documents in complex litigation.
M. Patricia Fisher, the Laboratory's Director, has worked full time in the profession for over 30 years. She has qualified to testify in over 200 court proceedings, has published 17 papers, and frequently speaks at professional conferences. Ms. Fisher is a Diplomate of the Board of Forensic Document Examiners whose certification program has been accredited by the Forensic Specialties Accreditation Board. She is also a Certified Fraud Specialist.
