Dr. Alison Vredenburgh (Ph.D., industrial-organizational psychology) has formed her company with the goal of developing lasting relationships with clients. She strives to stay current with the latest research in her field, while communicating this technical information in plain English to organizational clients and juries. She holds a professional certification as an ergonomist (CPE). She has published dozens of studies in the areas of human factors, safety and psychology. Dr. Vredenburgh has served as an expert witness for hundreds of personal injury and products liability cases. She has testified in Municipal, Superior and Federal District Courts. Prior to consulting, she worked in the aerospace industry, where she developed an emergency preparedness program plan, administered the performance improvement program, and developed and conducted numerous employee training courses.
