With 34 years in practice, Past President of the California Chiropractic Association, Los Angeles Southwest District, advanced certifications as a Qualified Medical Examiner and Independent Medical Examiner, Dr. Tarcha is an expert in the chiropractic profession. She provides expert case evaluation and expert witness testimony.

As the immediate past CCA District President, she stays current with State Board rules, policy updates, and disciplinary actions. She continues to treat patients in private practice.
