Frank Tirelli had a 30 year career with Deloitte, both in the US and Italy. Frank was a Senior Partner serving some of Deloitte’s most high profile clients, both publicly traded and private companies. Such services included significant experience in both qualified and unqualified stock option plans. Such stock option planning included both the tax and economic ramifications to the company and executives to whom such stock options were issued.
In addition to the stock option planning mentioned above Frank was also responsible for the overall US and International tax planning of such clients.
Frank’s tenure at Deloitte also included Senior Management responsibility as he went on to become Chairman & CEO of Deloitte Italy and before that Vice Chairman and CEO of Deloitte US West Region.
In between Frank’s career at Deloitte US and Deloitte Italy, Frank was the President & CEO of Herbalife International where he eventually led the successful sale of Herbalife to two Private Equity firms.
Frank brings a unique skill set to stock option planning and valuation in that he not only served his client base in the structuring of such plans and eventual monetization to their executives but he was also issued stock options as senior management at two companies where he was CEO and COO, respectively. So Frank has lived the option experience personally.
