Responsible for field investigations, failure analysis, building code research, development of repair solutions, trial preparation (1,000) cases) and expert witness testimony in over two hundred residential or commercial cases, in support of construction defect litigation. Perform technical investigations and research of suspected design and construction problems. Verify and compare as-built conditions, design parameters, building jurisdiction requirements and applicable industry standards of care. Establish and coordinate expert teams for project investigations. Provide reconstruction services, construction administration for Type I (High Rise) and Type V building types. Provide quality assurance, evaluation and supervision of in-progress construction for major commercial and high rise structures for conformance to design, material and workmanship standards. Provide expert services in regard to Architecturally related Personal Injury matters.
