Michael Winer, M.D. was a pioneer in the development of Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery, and an early adopter of spinal surgical techniques such as MIS-TLIF, direct lumbar fusion, sacroiliac joint pain and dynamic stabilization.
In addition to maintaining an active medical practice of which the majority of his patients are workers compensation cases, he does forensic work in his area of expertise for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. He has experience with medical malpractice, personal injury and bad faith claims. This includes case record review, IME and expert witness testimony.
